In a matter of months, lives across the world have changed beyond recognition. There’s no need for me to go into detail about the impact this has had on people – especially those who have been unfortunate enough to lose loved ones. It’s agonising to try and comprehend, so I won’t try to.
Work, commuting, money, housework, eating well, keeping fit, getting enough sleep, staying in touch with friends. Daily responsibilities can be a lot to keep up with. Sometimes my mind can get swamped with all the thoughts and reminders I need to store in it. Sometimes I get anxious.

Jon Snow is no more. When we all tuned in to that grisly finale episode, we thought it could be the end of sadistic Ramsay Bolton and that something may finally go right for poor Jon. Well… no.
